Conceptually, brilliant, but it still needs to be completed. Some points, have a sub style with right exit maximize and minimize buttons for those who want it. Also, they should me slightly bigger for easier usability.

Keep it up ur goin up in the world. Ur next step should be to come up with a visual style unique to urself and not just another mac look alike.
